Should we invite you to an interview, you will be required to present original copies of the below listed items, plus anything else deemed relevant or discussed prior. On occasion, we may ask that certain documents are submitted ahead of the interview:

  • Current HPC Registration Certificate
  • IHCD Ambulance Technician/EMT/Aid Certificate
  • IHCD Ambulance Driving Certificate
  • University Degree/Other Relevant Qualifications

You will also be required to submit scans/copies of your Ambulance Qualifications, in addition to other relevant qualifications. If any of the above are not available, other documents may be accepted subject to advice given on a one-to-one basis.

In order to complete Enhanced DBS/pre-employment checks, and to process your application, you will also be required to submit scans/copies of the following documents:

  • Passport (ID Page)
  • Driving Licence
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Original Passport Size Photograph
