SATS Ambulance is a CQC-regulated independent ambulance service, providing safe, reliable, and compassionate patient transfers across the UK and Europe.
Since 2006, we’ve built an international reputation for excellence, supported by highly qualified medical teams and fully equipped, custom-designed ambulances. Our services include non-emergency transfers, repatriations, and event medical cover—each tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients.
We are proud to provide ground support for incoming air ambulances and European road repatriations, as well as an exclusive transfer service for private healthcare patients within the Harley Street Medical Area.

19 YEARS OF QUALITY, RELIABLE SERVICE
2006
SATS was established in 2006. Back then it all started with just two ambulances.
2008
Our current CEO, Andrew joined the business as Operations Manager and has grown the business to where it is today.
2017
The fleet grew to 18 vehicles; covering emergency ambulances, stretcher MPV's & wheelchair access vehicles.
2024
SATS purchased Heathrow Air Ambulance to become SATS Group UK. Widening our services and specialisms.
